Traditional transmission tower foundations use reinforced concrete, requiring multiple stages: excavation, formwork, rebar binding, pre-embedding, concrete pouring, and curing.
The process is complicated, time-consuming, and difficult to execute under harsh on-site conditions.
High cost and difficult construction have long challenged developers.
Ultra-high voltage (UHV) transmission lines demand strict foundation performance, and conventional group anchor installation methods are often inadequate.
Our Solution:
Recommended helical pile (group anchor) foundation parameters tailored for transmission towers.
Proposed and optimized a helical pile construction method, allowing immediate continuation to subsequent processes upon pile installation, greatly improving efficiency.
Manufactured and supplied all required helical piles from our facility, ensuring quality and delivery timelines.
Provided full technical support and on-site construction guidance to the project team.
