1. Project Feasibility Assessment
Conduct an initial review of the project site conditions and technical requirements. Evaluate the technical and economic feasibility of adopting helical pile foundations.
2. Client Data Submission
The client shall provide the following data for preliminary design and budgetary quotation:
A. Geotechnical Investigation Report
B. Pile Layout Plan
C. Single Pile Design Requirements (axial, uplift, and lateral loads, etc.)
D. Design Service Life
3. Formal Design Proposal
A formal design proposal will be initiated upon project commitment, and will include:
A. Design Analysis Report
B. Structural Calculations
C. Detailed Design Drawings
4. Order Placement and Production
After the formal design is approved, the client may place the production order, and we will arrange manufacturing and delivery according to the agreed schedule.
