Jiuquan-Jinta 750KV Overhead Transmission Line Project

          The china Jiuquan-Jinta 750KV Overhead Transmission Line Project is an important backbone power grid project in Northwest China, undertaking the important mission of regional power transmission and energy allocation optimization. All the foundations of the transmission towers in this project adopt the screw pile products independently developed and produced by our factory, and we provide technical assistance in the construction process. The types of transmission towers include tangent towers and tension towers. According to the tower model and force requirements, each tower is equipped with 4-8 screw piles produced by our factory. The pile bodies are prefabricated in a standardized factory and installed by on-site screwing, which perfectly adapts to the construction scenarios along the project with tight land resources, complex terrain and high requirements for disturbance to the surrounding environment, greatly improving construction efficiency and reducing construction costs.

Construction Objectives:

         Quality Objective: Relying on the high-quality advantages of our factory’s screw pile products, ensure that the construction quality meets the design and specification requirements, the characteristic value of single pile bearing capacity meets the design standard of 750KV line project, the pile verticality, pile position deviation and pile top elevation are controlled within the allowable range, and the qualified rate of quality acceptance is 100%, fully demonstrating the reliable quality of our factory’s products.

          Schedule Objective: With the product advantages of our factory’s screw piles and “on-site rapid screwing”, we will advance in an orderly manner according to the construction plan, ensure that the foundation construction of each screw pile is completed on time without affecting the main installation progress of the transmission tower, and highlight the core advantage of efficient product construction.

         Environmental Protection Objective: Combined with the characteristics of our factory’s screw pile foundation, reduce the disturbance of construction to surrounding vegetation, soil and environment, control dust and noise pollution, achieve green construction, comply with relevant national environmental protection regulations, and reflect the green and environmental protection concept of our factory’s products.
