Project Brief

The preliminary design of the signage foundations (including cantilever, double-column, and gantry-type signboards) along the Wuzhi–Yuntaishan Expressway section originally specified concrete foundations. However, concrete construction is complex and would require excavation into high embankments. Structured’s patented helical pile design effectively resolved these challenges.

Our Solution

We provided technical recommendations and manufactured the required helical piles for this project, with a contract value of approximately RMB 80,000.

Our Role in the Project

1.Recommended the technical parameters of the helical pile foundations for the signage structures.

2.Determined an optimal design scheme and pile type based on geotechnical investigations and load analysis.

3.Manufactured and supplied the helical piles for the project.

4.Provided on-site construction guidance.
