The physical properties of the steel remain unchanged during the forming process, which contributes to accurate outside diameter (OD), inside diameter (ID) and pitch, and a perfect right angle between the helical plate and shaft. The perfect helical surface contributes to a successful installation of our custom screw piles with minimal soil disruption and optimal load transfer.
