Welding Facility
Structured Screw Pile China Ltd. has a certificated welding facility which allows our welding team to customize each product as required. All team members have international welding certifications to secure the high quality of our product.
Production
Structured Screw Pile China Ltd. has 8 sets of screw flight forming machines (SFFM) available to form helices with variable dimensions – small diameters (100 mm to 400 mm), medium diameters (400 mm to 800 mm), and large diameters (800 mm to 2000 mm). SFFMs are specifically designed to form sectional helices from flat plates made of variable materials including stainless steel, mild steel, aluminum, hardox, bisalloy, etc.
SFFM works with an advanced forming technology that delivers true pitch helices that requires no further rework and contains the following features: -Accurate fit to shaft for efficient processing -Uniformity in the welding procedure, especially for robot welding -Helix internal edge is parallel to shaft for long lasting and efficient handling |
